“ We used a bunch of Browne Trading Co caviar on top of lobster rolls (200 of them) at a Trinity College Track & Field tailgate. The caviar they helped us pair with the lobster worked out very well - it elevated the rolls. Thanks!!! ”
“ I love stopping in here for a nice snack or some good sake. They have a huge wine selection too but I've been really enjoying trying more sake flavours and types because of their selection. Their fish is great too, the freshest you'll get and they can cut it however you need so long as you come in at a reasonable time (like don't come ten minutes before close and ask for a butterfly cut, obviously). Their salmon is to die for and their smoked scallops are addicting. I eat them just plain because they're so good. They always have really good chocolate bars too, and bread ”

He was able to take the intimidation away from the process and really helped up pick out the perfect snack for a picnic. Excellent customer service and great product — we got excellent caviar, lightly smoked salmon that was the best I’ve had in years, and some extras. Worth the stop! ”

Great assortment of wines and hors d'oeuvres for any special occasions or a romantic winter evening with yourself. This is my new go to personal culinary store. I cannot sing the praises of the friendly staff and the full stock. Wether it's cheese and wine, freshe seafood, Kobe beef, elk venison or foie gras they have it. They can also fill your get together party needs. If you can't impress your friends and family with what Browne Trading market has to offer, you probably need to order out. Five stars ***** ”

“ It was our last day and my mom really wanted to try caviar. George was very helpful, and knowledgeable about what we came there for. He even let us sample a couple different kinds of caviar. It definitely made our last day worth it :) I fear my mom may have developed an expensive taste for caviar just out of that experience. Will definitely come back next time we visit. ”
